Second, do not do free sex. It may seem not related to TBC at all. Yet, it is indirectly related. Having free sex will put you in harm because it is very possible for you to suffer from HIV. HIV weakens your body. Your immune system will not work. If under this condition you are also suffered from TBC, it will really be a nightmare.
Third, do not smoke. We all know that just in one cigarette are a various toxins let alone in a pack of cigarettes.
